Delete Your Data

If you wish to delete your data associated with our application, website, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp communication, you can request deletion by following the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to liyanawap@gmail.com
  2. Mention your registered email address or phone number
  3. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

We will process your request within 3–7 business days. All your personal data, messages, and account-related information will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.

What Gets Deleted

  • Name, email, and phone number
  • Enquiry, booking, and chat messages
  • Account profile and login information
  • Facebook and WhatsApp interaction records we store

Facebook / Meta Users

If you contacted us through Facebook, include your Facebook profile name in your deletion email so we can locate and remove your records from our systems.
